Individual & Group

Counselling & Therapy

Healing begins at the root. Using therapeutic approaches that support individuals and groups as they navigate stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth.

Together, we create space to pause, reconnect with yourself, honour your story, and build a foundation for healing and growth.

Couples & Families

Relationship Challenges

Supporting individuals, couples, and families in strengthening relationships, improving communication, and rebuilding trust.

I also support clients in navigating workplace challenges, interpersonal conflicts, and difficult life situations with greater understanding, clarity, and confidence.

Additional Services

Speaking Engagements

Available for workshops, panels, and community events focused on mental health, wellness, healing, and culturally responsive practice. Sessions can incorporate mindfulness, guided reflection, intentional breathing, and music through a collaborative partnership with performing artist and daughter, Lyris Daye, creating opportunities for grounding, self awareness, connection, and emotional wellness.

Consultation & Assessment Services

Professional consultation and assessment services for organizations, professionals, and practitioners seeking culturally responsive guidance, collaboration, and specialized support. Services include Impact of Race and Culture Assessment (IRCA) reports, peer reviews, and Voice of the Child (VOC) reports, with a focus on thoughtful, culturally informed assessment and professional consultation.

Psychological Assessment Reviews

Kaieteur Wellness supports parents whose children have completed psychoeducational assessments. Assessments can be reviewed by a Black therapist and retired psychologist with expertise in culturally responsive practice. Parents can also receive support in understanding the findings and recommendations in clear, parent friendly language that considers their child’s cultural, racial, and lived experiences.
